iPhone16 plussuddenly shuts down

I was watching a video when my iphone 16 plus suddenly turned off. I thought it was out of power, but there was still 84% when I turned it on. It’s not the first time

Random shutdowns can mean a software or hardware issue. Try these steps:


1. Force Restart: Quickly press volume up, volume down, then hold the power button until the Apple logo appears.


2. Update iOS: Ensure you’re running the latest version.


3. Battery Health: Check in Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging for any warnings.


4. Reset Settings: Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset All Settings.




If it keeps happening, visit Apple Support—could be a hardware issue.
