I have an Ex-Apple IT specialist employee hacking my Iphone. How to report him and stop him?
I consider his actions very dangerous especially after opening my entire account/info including financial, passwords, medical and SS accounts onto the www.
It's highly unlikely that someone is hacking your iPhone (unless it was jailbroken). More likely someone has compromised your Apple Account and/or other such accounts. What specifically is leading you to think that it's your iPhone itself that has been hacked?

As to how to report someone that you believe is fraudulently accessing your personal information, that would be a matter for the police or, depending on the circumstances, the Department of Justice in the US:
