If you have installed these applications previously since Oct 2013, and they were not installed for you by Apple or a third-party reseller, then you can get version 14.1 of these applications from the Mac App Store.
If the first paragraph is true, then launch the Mac App Store. Sign in with the same Apple ID that you used to install previous versions of these applications. Press cmd+0 (zero) to open the Purchased panel, and you should see the applications with either an Update or blue cloud download icon that you click. You may receive one or more dialogs where you do not click Cancel. The last dialog will offer to install the last compatible version of these applications for macOS Ventura. Hopefully, you have kept Ventura current (13.7.1).
If you've never downloaded them before, that's correct. You need Sonoma 14.0 or later.
