Unable to update apps on my iPhone
I changed my password because I can’t update my apps every time I try it keep asking for my password

First let’s see if you can turn off the setting that causes the asking off password all the time- go to settings click on name at the very top then go to media & purchases then it will say sign out, password settings, view account , and cancel , click on password settings , then once you clicked on password settingsyou will see a when purchasing section that will show a always require password, then a require after 15 minutes then it will show you a free downloads section in this section it will say require password toggle it to the off position. Now go to App Store app then click on your avatar picture then at bottom it will show you apps that need updating it will be below personalized recommendations section if you don’t see update section you don’t need to update any.
