cant swipe to unlock iphone 13 mini- can't force restart- can't slide to power off

If the screen is already responding, hardware service is most likely not needed. If the screen is completely unresponsive, hardware service most likely involves the replacement of the screen

If it is sluggish please force restart it, this will most likely resolve that issue
