Preview 2 Pages Progress Problem

When I switch to full screen in the preview, the documents pages progress two by two. It is very disturbing but I don't find any solve. I want to explain details. I open any document on my Mac. I switch to full screen. I present someone. I press the down button and the pages progress two by two. I want to progress one by one.
