If it is not on one of your Home Screens or in the App Library by swiping all the way to the left, then you do not have it installed and there is nothing to delete.

Check for it under the App Library. Next to the last page of the Home Screen. If it is in the App Library Touch, Hold and Drag the icon to Home Screen. That's it.

If you do not have the TikTok app, where are you seeing it? You can provide a screenshot if that would help.

There is no list of apps that have previously been installed on your phone. You can swipe all the way to the left to find the App Library to view all the apps that are currently installed on your phone. When you get to that screen, you can swipe down to view all the apps in alphabetical order.
