iPhone 12 Pro camera blurriness after iOS 18 update

I bought this iphone 12 pro on 26/5/2024 and had only been using it for a couple of months. The camera blurry problem starts 3 months after using it. The problem is persistent for many times until I come across a post stating the settings for the camera. Then it’s been good but the camera blurry comes once in a while. But then now after updating to ios 18, the blurry is back. Almost all iphone 12 users are having the same existing problems.

As far as I know, dropping the phone from table top height shouldn’t mess the camera placement much. I mean, apple ads showed iphone can be use under extreme measures. I remember the ads with the lady being chased by bird while riding a bicycle and she tumbled over with the phone hitting the ground. If so, then why did the camera suddenly “loose” while only falling from coffee table height?
