I want to use the iMac mic with two applications simultaneously. Or, figure out a way to add a mic so that I can record the audio part of a meeting in a separate application while I am conducting a Teams video meeting. Thanks in advance!

I don't believe so natively, but you may want to check out Rogue Amoeba's offerings to see if they may work for you. Two that stand out are Audio Hijack and Loopback.
