Safari Tab Group Favorites - Unable to edit or delete Tab Groups

I have a new MacBook Pro 16 running the latest IOS Sequoia 15.1.1 and having trouble with Tab Groups. I have created some Tab Groups within the Tab Group Favorites folder and I am unable to edit (rename, move, delete) the from the sidebar folder. I can edit other folders.

All searches I've performed say to control + click on the Tab Group to delete, but it is not happening. Seems it should be a simple task.

More on this issue:

While I am able to create new Tab Groups, either empty or with the tabs in browser, the new Tab Group shows in the list with "Untitled #". Once it shows in the sidebar, the link is nonfunctional (can't rename, can's see the tabs, can't delete, can't display the tabs in browser). However...

From my iPad I can see the new group, I can see the tabs below it and the browser displays the tabs as expected. I can also edit the group. When I rename the folder, it shows the new name on my MacBook Safari. And if I delete it from my iPad, it goes away on my MacBook browser. Lastly, my iPhone 16 Pro Max, is behaving like my MacBook by listing the same groups but no functions when selected.

Seems I have an issue with Safari loaded on my MacBook. If anyone else experiences this, I'd love to know.
