Duplicate e-mail notifications on iPhone/iPad using Exchange Online account
I've got a user who is receiving duplicate email notifications from the same email on their iPhone. Same thing happens on their iPad. The accounts are Exchange Online accounts and both are using Outlook for iOS.
I've tried:(To no avail)
Check Notification Settings in Outlook App:
- Open the Outlook app.
- Go to Settings > Notifications.
- Ensure that notifications are configured correctly and not duplicated.
Check iOS Notification Settings:
- Go to Settings on your iPhone.
- Select Notifications > Outlook.
- Make sure the notification settings here do not conflict with those in the Outlook app.
Reset Account in Outlook App:
- Open the Outlook app.
- Go to Settings > Mail Accounts.
- Select your email account and choose Reset Account. This can help refresh the connection and resolve notification issues
We tried deleting Outlook and reinstalling from our Comp Portal. We also tried completely reprovisioning the iPhone.
