How can I export recordings from the Music app?

I've recorded some of my children's piano playing over the years and put them into Music (originally iTunes). But over the years I've lost track of them.

I found some on an old external disk in a Music library. But I want to get it out of the library and sort it out and perhaps do some work on cleaning it up. I don't see any way to export the songs. They aren't copyrighted pieces. They are personal recordings I made with a tape recorder.

Is there a way to export them from Music?
