Apple Wallet payment issue for app purchases

I owe an app money. I have money on my card, which is linked to my Apple wallet. I can’t download any other apps because of this. How do I make Apple take the money out of my account?

How to fix Multiple Charges for the Same App on App Store I have had over 200 charges for the same app. The app has been paid, but it shows that it hasn’t. Anytime we try to use our cards it try’s the same charge several times. As of now we can’t use our cards or pay for any apps because it says we need to update our payment method even when using Apple pay card with money on it. It will not let us add money either. Apple payment methods I was charged on my debit card to download a app from the app store when I have no subscriptions for my card to be charged Can someone please help me understand why this is happening?

App Store using credit card instead of Apple Account balance on iPhone I have a credit on the app store of $93.19. It has been ignored for a year now. Only my credit card is charged for purchases. How do I get apple to use the credit first? Thank you! [Re-Titled by Moderator]
