Deauthenticate MacBook Air from iPhone Mirroring

I've tried all the suggestions here with no luck. Every time my screen goes to sleep I have to log back in. I also don't seem to have a setting on my iPhone for iPhone mirroring under Airplay & Continuity (says to tap on this)

I had no problem getting it set up, just not able to turn it back off.

I'm up to date on software running 18.1.1 and Sequoia 15.1.1

Not sure what I'm missing.

iPhone XR, iOS 18

I had the same issue with my 13 and mac m3 laptop,i jus plugged up the phone and turned remote automation on phone then to web inspector,i believe you need to be able to access your icloud on the option on.

In the menu followed the instructions and was able to turn it off. its actually a good idea to keep them on if youre 100% in control. and it really helps troubleshooting with a genius, from what im understanding your devices are going to communicate with each other as im asuming you used your phone account with your Sequoia 15.
