Can I remotly turn of my son's iPhone under my Family Sharing?

Would like to close down / shut off my son's phone at breakfast / lunch / dinner hour and

bedtime. Certainly don’t want to make 4 trips a day to his room to accomplish my wish.

I can physically  unplug the wifi, however don't know how to turn off 'Mobile Data' on his phone.  I believe there is no way?

Have tried different apps with my ISP provider, T-Mobile, but none of them work.  No way to turn off ‘Mobile Data’.

Apple family screen time doesn’t allow one to shut off a phone at different times of the

day, example in the lunch hour / dinner hour, etc.

There are no 3rd party apps which allows one to disengage the phone from both Wifi / Mobile

Data.

I want a kill switch or someway to turn off the phone from wifi / Mobile Data during the

times mentioned. Parent's should have the right to control children's screen time.

Any suggestions?  Cheerz
