Apple Music App on my m1 Mac doesn't work propperly

Hello

I use the Apple «Music» app on my Macbook M1 (OS 15.1.1) to play my mp3s and transfer them manually to my phone (right click, «send to device»).

The problem I have:

If I create a new playlist, that works for a while. I can then add music to it but suddenly the right window (where tracks are shown) stays completely empty and I can't see any of the tracks in this album anymore. After restarting of the app, sometimes the tracks are back, sometimes I have to delete the playlist and create a new one.

I find this very anoying pirmarily since I see no other way to transfer music to my phone. Since I am offline most of the times with my phone, streaming is not an option for me. Any suggestions?

I already deleted the library of «Music» and created a new one (by holding the option key during launch of the app...).

...now that I am writing this:

Just played around further and found a way to reproduce the problem:

1) I click on an Album in my playlist. This shows now all its Tracks.

2) I click on the playlist icon of the playlist, which contains the shown album --> everything disapears.

3) To let it reapear I have to go up in the menue and choose again how I would like the playlist to be shown. No hook at no possible choice (see image)

As soon as I choose one of the options again, the Playlist content reapears...
