AirPort and Apps that won't work

My Airport Model A 1521 EMC 2703 works for everything except two particular apps on my Quest 3. I have read there may be settings I can adjust through my Airport Utility but I am unable to get past "enter password" when selecting my AirPort Extreme icon in the utility to 'view more information about this base station.' I have tried all passwords I know of and I am not sure if anything can be adjusted here anyhow.

They worked when I first purchased the Quest, then stopped. I have hard reset the Quest 3, it worked for a quick moment, then stopped again. I also have re-started the AirPort multiple times with no luck.

Is there anything else I can try to see if I can get those two apps to work?

These apps work on other wifi's with no issues.

  • Open AirPort Utility: Launch the AirPort Utility application on your Mac.
  • Locate the reset button: Find the small reset button on your Airport device.
  • Perform the reset: While the device is plugged in, press and hold the reset button for a few seconds until the status lights cycle through.
  • Reconfigure settings: In AirPort Utility, select your Airport device and enter a new password to set up your network again.
  • Factory reset:
  • This process will reset your Airport device to factory settings, meaning you will need to re-enter all network settings, including the password.
  • No password needed initially:
  • After performing a reset, you may be able to connect to the network temporarily without a password to access the AirPort Utility and set a new one.
