Does not play audio on through left headphone. Have tried with multiple headphones.
Have asked support. They keep passing me on to different web pages.
Is there somewhere that deals with accessories that I can request a replacement?

I found a place to do it.
At the bottom of the site in the footer you will see a bunch of links. Under account click on the link named Apple Store Account.
You will be prompted to sign in
Once signed in scroll down to orders.
Click see your order history
Click on the product you would like to return
Scroll down to Need more help?Chat now or call 0800 048 0408 .
Either click on Chat now or call the number.
