Group. I purchased an iPad Air last year mainly for creative purposes. I am new to Apple. I just tried to purchase Procreate, but it warns me that the program needs 16.something of something, won't give me a way to pay for the purchase other than touch. The screen says "OK" but no matter what I do it does not download. Help.

The program needs iPadOS 16 or higher. Go to settings> general>about to see what iPadOS version your iPad is currently running.
If you bought the iPad Air anew last year you can update to the latest iPadOS. After that you can download procreate

Thank you. It says it is a 5th generation OS version 16, but the app store says I need 16.3. I will look for how to update the latest iPadOS.
