Does iCloud Mail support MTA-STS?

I was interested to see that iCloud Mail does not appear to have MTA-STS. This mail protocol ensures all inbound emails come through TLS (Transport Layer Security), protecting against mail interception and modification. I called Apple support and was unable to get an answer to my question. They advised posting on Apple Discussions to see if it gets referred to the relevant team. So here it is! Does anyone have any thoughts...?

Unable to send iCloud email from M1 MacBook Air Now and then I am unable to send iCloud email with my M1 MBA. It works fine with my old Intel iMac and with my iPad and iPhone. The error message is here: The MBA is now running Monterey, but the same thing happened when it was on Ventura. Connection Doctor says: If I go into Mail > Settings > Accounts on the MBA, I see this: iCloud is offline. But on the Intel iMac, I see this: iCloud is online. How can it be both? I don't think that this can be a user name or password problem because this is iCloud mail which uses my iCloud credentials -- no password required. What's going on here?

where is macOS Ventura storing my Enterprise Mail that I download into Apple Mail I am trying to ensure that my Enterprise mail that I read in Apple Mail is secure. It's not being uploaded to the Cloud along with my iCloud mail. Where is it? Can I get it to be uploaded to the Cloud?

Sonoma not connecting to iCloud Mail on iMac Since I updated to Sonoma, my MacBook Pro is intermittently connecting to iCloud Mail. The mail is working on browser based iCloud.
