Voice to type capitalization nightmare OK

I need voice-to-type to stop screaming OK at people. I have to speak professionally and my job requires me to message clients sometimes. People get annoyed with you after that OK. its like saying K to some one or hanging up on them. The whole conversation just stops. Then you could explain but thats not better. Just spell “okay” out. I’m a very busy person and cannot always use my hands to text, sometimes I need to voice to type while I’m helping them with something on my other device. I tried text replacement but it doesn’t do it over voice to type it still yells OK OK OK OK. Apple, please fix this.
