Arabic and English text on MacBook keyboard

Hello, I'm trying to buy a MacBook either online or in store doesn't matter to me, however I do need the keyboard to have Arabic and English text on it, on the website it says "keyboard language" if I select "Backlit magic Keyboard with Touch ID - Arabic" does this mean I will have the Arabic and English text or just the Arabic? I want to have both. also would I be able to have the same options if I bought it in store? or can I only have the multi-language keyboard if I buy it online?

Non latin keyboards always also have English on them. Unless you live in the Middle East, I am sure Arabic would only be available via an online store, and then you need to check the one for your country, as Arabic is not is available everywhere, and Apple stores do not sell outside their own country.
