I just received a new iPhone 16 pro, IOS 18.1.1. Now PayPal app will not work. Tried to sign in and requested a code sent to my phone. The PayPal app goes blank and will not let me put in code. Need to see if there is a fix for this. I have re-installed app., restarted iPhone and still has the same issue.

Successfully Opening an App:
A. Close All Apps:
Apps may be open in the background that had pending downloads. So, save what need be, and then close all apps. Hold you finger down as you swipe up form the bottom-left corner of your screen. Then, close all of these open apps, by sweeping up quickly for all apps.
B. Perform a Force Restart:
Try Force Restarting your iPhone. Save any information that need be. Then perform the restart. See if you can then perform this. Go Here: Force Restart iPhone - Apple Support
C. Remove the App:
Uninstall, and then reinstall the app. It may be an unsuccessful download. Hold you finger down on it until it wiggles, and then get ti back form the App Store. Get it Here: PayPal - Pay, Send, Save on the App Store - Apple
