Screen time increases even when iPhone 14 Pro Max is not in use

I have recently noticed something strange, my screen time increases even when phone is not used. Just FYI I am using iPhone 14 Pro Max with iOS 18.1.1 with AoD on and bunch of widgets like weather, stocks and photos. Also location is shared with my friends and family on find my. Are any of these above, the reason why it is increasing.? Because when I open screen time I see nothing running in background and it’s concerning.

It is unclear from your post which apps are being used and reported under screen time.

Settings > Screen Time > [Refer to the GIF below]

Watch the GIF below. Here there are there devices shown which are using the same Apple ID. Similarly, if you have Family Sharing other devices will also show up here.

Thank you all for the support. I have check and background activity is set to allowed and I have attached the screenshot of what I see under activities section.
