How do I prevent someone recording my voice during a call in iPhone?

The new update allows call recording which is an amazing feature for some occasions but not all. How do I prevent someone recording my voice?

You can’t, but the Call Recording feature does notify you if the other party is recording you. At that point you can either hang up or ask them to stop, if there’s a reason you really don’t want to be recorded.
