Exercise Ring stopped moving on Apple Watch

My exercise ring started but now has stopped not moving how can I fix it

Did you try to force restart by pressing and holding the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again?

Also force restart your iPhone:

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

If this does not work, unpairing the watch would be the next step:

Unpair and erase your Apple Watch - Apple Support
