I have a shared album that has important papers in it that I have taken over many years and would like to move them to a non-shared album so I can sort them and put them in a photo folder with multiple albums in it. How can I do this without having to resave all the photos and without having to find the individual photos throughout my 190k photos

If you're the owner of the shared album then they should be in your Photos library unless you've deleted them.
If they are not in the library Control (right) - click on the image in the Shared Album and select "Import" from the contextual menu.
They are in my photos, but they have been taken over several years and I am having difficulty finding all of them so the only thing I can figure out to do is to save all of them or screen shoot them and add them to my 190,000 photos in order to put them in an unshared photo album to be able to organize them for quick reference
