my iphone 15 data was transferred or saved to a new samsung flip z phone. But when we checked only data like photos are transferred but applications are not. Can I still be able to access the same application saved on my iphone 15 before the reset happen?

If you moved your data to a Samsung phone, your apps won't move there. Samsung uses the Google Play Store. iPhone uses the Apple App Store. Samsung apps won't run on an iPhone. iPhone apps won't run on a Samsung phone. You'd need to check the Play Store to see if the app you used on your iPhone is available there. And for the data you had in the App, you'd need to contact the App Developer of that app to see how to move it's data to a Samsung, if it is possible.

@Yhengr912, oo be clear: iPhone Apps do not transfer to Android devices and cannot run on there. You need to download compatible apps from the Google Play store on the Samsung device manually.
Changing Apple IDs does not delete apps.
If it was manually removed, you will need to redownload it. Otherwise, look for it in other home screens, in folders and in the App Library.

If you reset your phone, then the app was deleted. You can download it again from the App Store. If you paid for the app under a different account, you will need to purchase it again.
