Lookup function for DRIVERS table in Numbers

I have a table of data of 37 drivers (which will increase) in a sheet named DRIVERS

i wish to pull data from that table into the sheet ACTIVE

In the ACTIVE sheet I have a pop up menu where “Al king” is located which has all the drivers names, the LEVEL would be a sub search of each driver.

how do I pull the data for the driver and level into the ACTIVE sheet

i know the search function first needs to search for the driver and then the level and return the data, but I am unsure how to go about it.
