AKAuthenticationError 7005

Hello, I have a problem with my laptop.

I can't send messages, can't use Safari, can't use creative cloud and another several apps. I also tried to reboot my laptop, but unfortunately I saw i can't do it, it shows AKAuthenticationError 7005 error.

I don't know what to do, could you help me please?
