Not enough storage space to get upgraded

I have deleted apps taking the most storage and backed what I could to iCloud and still nothing

storage full i’ve brought 200gb and it’s still saying i have no storage, i’ve deleted so many photos and deleted all my apps but nothing seems to help, how do i fix this?

Try using a Mac or Windows PC to update iOS. This method does not require as much free storage space on the iPhone.
