Diagnostics Are Still in Flight Even After Turning Off

I went to settings --> Privacy + Security --> Analytics and Improvements --> and turned everything off.

But I still receive the "diagnostics are in flight" message like 10+ times a day.

I want to go to the Apple to store to resolve this but I'm afraid the issue won't show when I go there.

And if it does show and they do something to "fix" it, it might only be temporary.

I am running the latest iOS software 18.2 on an iPhone 12 Pro Max
