My iphone 11 won’t factory rest
I erased all content and settings in my iPhone and brought the apple logo and finished loading ,but after my iPhone restarts it’s self and comes back to home screen instead of bringing the hello screen

You might want to try restoring the iPhone using a computer:

If you don't have access to one, an Apple Store or authorized Apple service center should be able to help.
