video no showing up as thumbnail on windows 11 Explorer

after recently updated iphone to ios18.1.1, the video (.mov file) thumbnail is not showing up on Explorer when I open the video file on my windows 11 desktop. The old video file thumbnail prior to the ios update works fine on Explorer (the same windows 11 desktop); however, all new video (.mov file) from iphone after recent update thumbnail is not showing in either large or small icons on Explorer. Anybody has same issue? Any solution/suggestion to it?

I'm using iphone 15 ProMax
