Compressor Render Farm in Sequoia

I cannot, for the life of me, get the render farm feature to work. Per Apple instructions, I have guest access turned on on the farm Mac (tested by mounting remote server as guest).

I don't see any discussion on how or if others have been successful.

Any suggestions to help with my configuration would be greatly appreciated.
