Recovering Notes Password:

Just like any olde password, look for the handwritten password in a digital copy if it you may have stored it in (i.e. a password journal, eMail, MS Word Document, or a photo).

Click here and see the last section. This won't restore access to already-locked notes, but there isn't a limit to the number of times you can try guessing the old one.
