I have many spreadsheet entries that I will be able to continue to use in 2025. How do I change the date on multiple entries from 2024 to 2025

Hi Keith,

Increment the year by 1.

Duplicate the 2024 table and rename it as 2025..

Add extra (temporary) columns to extract the Year, Month, Day from 2024.

Formula in A2 is YEAR(2024::A2)

Formula in B2 is MONTH(2024::A2)

Formula in C2 is DAY(2024::A2)

Fill down.

Now to use the DATE function with the year + 1

Formula in D2 is DATE(A2+1,B2,C2)

Select and copy column D

Fix the results with Menu > Edit > Paste Formula Results.

Now you can delete columns A, B, and C.

Done!

Regards,

Ian.
