If you don’t want me to share purchases at least separate content sharing from screen time

iCloud family is not as much about sharing content for me as managing screen time for different kids. Pulling me or my spouse off the account is a pain because we both need to have access to their screen time. Having high school kids and a middle school kid share an account is not a solution. Having a middle school kid share an account with my Down syndrome daughter is not an option. I don’t understand how this isn’t discrimination against large families.
