I got an iphone 16 this month. I am very disappointed. It is slow and cant open some older emails that still open on other devices.

For most users, I would recommend an appointment at the Apple Store or authorized Apple service shop to get the phone checked and tested. We are users......just like you.....so we have no way to check or test your phone.

If you are the more technical type, you can run a diagnostic check yourself, but if there are any issues detected, you will still need to take the phone in for service.
