How to Download Invoices from Apple in PDF Format

Hi @olive_Doughnut,

To get your invoices as pdf, Open the invoice and attempt to print, do not choose any printer then click on the Share sign and choose save to files.

Decide where you want the file to be, and the name you prefer to save and Voila its in pdf.

I don't know what software you are using but couldn't you just use print to PDF? Don't bother with a screenshot.

I was doing exactly that for the last years.

Since last month, the invoice mails from Apple cannot be printed anymore from within Apple Mail.

It only shows the From, Subject, To, Date headers, and the rest of the page is blank.

Older mails from before November print to PDF just fine.

This is very silly.

Instead of saving a screenshot, I saved the mail as RTF and converted that into a PDF.

When printing go to the bottom of the print window and from the drag-down menu select print to PDF.

I don't actually do this with things from Apple, nor do I use Mail, so I can't address the issue mindhaq is encountering.

For as far as I know this is not possible I am afraid
