Where did you buy this watch?
Your Control Center shows icons that I have never seen on an Apple Watch, for example the green Settings icon, the date and the icon right next to it at the top.

Are you using the Apple charging cable that came with the watch?
And you will also need at least a 20W Apple Power adapter.
