The battery health is going to continue to drop no matter what you do. Your battery health is fine and is undergoing normal usage. iPhone batteries, like all rechargeable batteries, are consumable components that become less effective as they age. You should change out the battery once your Battery Health reaches below 80% which will take over 2 years to reach under normal usage. Until then enjoy your iPhone.

Could it be because of not using Apple Original charger ??

No

Battery Health displays can be misleading. For example, if the battery is at 98.9%......Apple will display this as 98% because they always round down to a whole number.

So, your battery might have declined from 100% to 98.9%, which would be only 1.1% after 32 cycles. But, it appears as if your battery has declined 2%.

At 50 charge cycles, your battery will still be at about 98%. After 100 charge cycles, the battery will be at about 96%. At 200 cycles, it will be at about 92%.

Also realize that capacity or "Health" is an inexact and non-linears value. It tis the current battery capacity after use dividef by the design capacity.

The design capacity is the problem because it is an AVERAGE capacity of all batteries of that model, not an absolute value. Averages are statistically useful but, in cases like this, can lead to misinterpretation. My iPhone SE's battery when new had a retained capacity of 102% per the Coconut Battery app. Based on averages, that means some poor soul out there got one that was 98% when new.

I know of no rechargeable batteries in any device that are not wear items. Big car batteries last a long time but not forever.
