Replacement phone through carrier

I’m going to a certified apple service provider on Sunday to hopefully get my iPhone 13 Pro Max replaced due to some mid/rear issues. I’ve been once before to the same place (Best Buy Geek Squad) and they said the issues required a full replacement. It’s my understanding that Apple has discontinued several phone models recently, including the 13 Pro Max, among others. My phone is not covered under Apple care, although I do have T-Mobile 360 Protection active for the phone. 360 protection includes covering replacements even after the manufacturer warranty expires.

That being said, I’m wondering if T-Mobile covers a full replacement for a brand new(not refurbished) iPhone if the model I have is no longer in production. Will it still be covered? Will Apple honor the 360 protection? If so, how will they approach it since my current phone is no longer in production?

Long read, several questions, but any answer or help is greatly appreciated.
