Is your iPad compatible with Apple Intelligence? In order to run Apple Intelligence on an iPad, it must have at least a M1 Chip. This means, iPad Air 5, iPad Pro M1 or newer iPad Pro (the M1 was released in 2022) and the newest iPad Mini 7. No other iPad's are compatible with Apple Intelligence.

If you do own a compatible iPad, you can't be in the EU, or your iPad can't have come from China, Hong Kong or Macau. Also, your language and Siri language must be set US English.
