How to reset my Apple ID if it says not supported or valid

1. Check you have the correct account and that the spelling is correct.
2. If the account says not valid or not supported it maybe because you overwrote your AppleId email address with another while logged in on multiple devices. Or that the email you’re trying is not an Apple ID
3. You could erase the device to see what account it’s locked to it will give you a hint like a*****@i****.com which may be different from what you thought it was.
4. Call Apple Support to get an expert to assess your account and to provide the steps to recover the account and or reset the password.

3. Select: ”The Apple ID is not active" alert

4. Select: “Continue”

5. Select a chat or telephone call option.
