Cannot Create New Passcode on WatchOS11 (linked to iPhone with Company Profile)
After updating my iphone 7 to the latest ios when paring with my company profiled iphone it will not accept the long passcode. It just loops continuing to ask for a new passcode.
The passcode meets the requirements of 8 numbers and not sequential etc. the message on the phone states - Your iphone has a policy that requires a new apple watch passcode.
I entered the old passcode (which meets the requirements also) and try a new one and it just keeps asking for a new passcode.
this does not happen on my old series three iwatch and I purchased a new series 10 iwatch today and its doing the same as the series 7. I am at a complete loss as to how to fix this. IT state that they have made no changes to their policy for the iwatch connection and it only happened after the update, so thinking something in that update is now not compatible with the work imaged iphone. Can anyone help with a fix or point me in the right direction?
