What causes Apple Pencil to draw jittery lines on my iPad

If you dont know what im talking about just by the title, in th epast years other people have reported that their apple pencil only draws jagged/wiggly/jittery lines, whatever you want to call it. And thats why im here

My apple pencil will ONLY draw wiggly lines when its diagonal, horizontal and vertical lines appear entirely straight with no issue.

This happens on ANYTHING i can used the pen on

when using my finger to draw a line it comes out straight/smooth,. No wobble other than the occasional one from my hand.

I have another apple pencil, and tried to connect it to see if it'd do the same (it never connected, but thats a different issue.) regardless, nothing i did helped get my pen back to normal.

I saw someone say that it was a misalighnment of the screen and screen sensors or whatnot, for their ipad. Im thinking i may have the exact same issue here. I recently had my screen replaced, and had to get them to SHIFT the screen bc it wasnt aligned with the edge of the actual ipad.

Any thoughts? i seriously need input. i did not have this issue before replacing my screen.
