iPhone 16 Pro Max Speaker Issue

Whenever I use speakerphone on a volume of 60% or above the sound (I think from the top speaker) sounds like there is a rattle or distortion. It is really annoying and I really can`t live with the awful sound quality especially on a product which cost in excess of £1500.

I have read that many other people have experienced the same issue with the 16 Pro Max and I was wondering if anybody knows of a fix?

I have reset settings, removed case and screen protector but nothing has worked.

I assumed my 16 pro max “static speaker” was due to people with low batteries on headsets on other end. However, within 2 weeks of purchasing, it was with every call. I called Apple and received a new 16 max pro the next day! Well….guess what this one is doing it too! Apple rep didn’t mention this just sent me a new one.

I work from my phone all day long and this speaker isn’t going to cut it!
