iOS 18.1.1 - ipad MK2K3B/A - Intune MDM - Kiosk Mode failure
Hello, Since upgrading to ios 18, 3 of my kiosk devices keep failing in guided access. Guided access is applied via intune policy, the notification I see on the screen is "Guided access app unavilable please contact an administrator" and you cannot login with your password or anything.
The only way around this is to connect the device to the internet over a lightning to ethernet, remove from kiosk mode in intune and then restart the guided access mode. However the issue then repeats itself a week later.
This never happened in previous versions of ios using Kiosk mode in this way.
