How to turn off voice while typing on my iPhone 13?
How do I turn off the voice when typing letters on my iPhone 13, I turned off dictation and it is still repeating every letter I type

Seems there must be another setting still on:
Try going to: Settings > Accessibility > Spoken Content > Typing feedback options
See if you can turn off: "Hear what you type"
